In the Spa you can find: Damp area with large saunas (Finnish sauna, Biosauna, Turkish Bath), Whirlpool, Himalayan salt cave, emotional shower, ice cascade and more than one relax area with tea room, Private Spa with Turkish Bath and Jacuzzi (reserved area), Pool area, which consists of indoor pool with Whirlpool, outdoor infinity pool with lake panorama and outdoor pool with thermal water.

- Check-in from 2.00 p.m; Check-out within 11.00 a.m. Check-in is permitted from 16 years old; children until 16 years old are not allowed in the hotel.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Access to the wellness center (heated outdoor thermal pool, an indoor whirlpool, Finnish sauna, bio-sauna, steam bath, emotional showers, Himalayan salt room and relaxation area with herbal tea corner) is available daily from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Morning access (10:00 am to 1:00 pm) is available upon reservation, to be made directly at the hotel.
- Access to the pools is available every day from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Massages included in the package must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
- At check-in it is mandatory for all guests, including minors, to present a valid personal identification document; the hotel reserves the right to charge the price difference if the age does not match the information provided at the time of booking. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- VAT 10% included (if the tax rate changes, the total amount may be adjusted and will be due at the hotel).
